Growing up, I loved science, and helping people was second nature. I've been fortunate to combine those two interests in a successful medical career. The tools and methods doctors use have always been fascinating to me, so getting to study those of other providers in school and then develop methods of my own has been a privilege. \n Not only do I like being a part of each patient's care team along with other providers, I also enjoy working with my patients themselves. I want to understand not just their health, but their life, their passions and their goals. Then, I want to work with them to help them make the best decisions for their health. \n My parents are originally from Switzerland, but I grew up right here in Kernersville, North Carolina. I attended N.C. State, and I still love watching both Wolfpack and Carolina Panthers football. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children.
