In 2018, that approach earned me a certificate of appreciation for outstanding performance in patient experience for facilitating a two-year initiative to foster better communication among office staff and patients at the Rochester Regional Health System. \n I am a native of New York City, where most of my family still resides. I moved to North Carolina after 11 years working in upstate New York. My hobbies include reading, rooting for the Red Sox and spending time with family, friends and my dogs.
