As early as fifth grade, I found the medical field appealing. Back in 2013, my grandmother passed away very quickly; that experience coupled with my growing interest in medicine led me to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner. \n I love the opportunity to care for the whole patient, and not just address a single ailment. I also feel fortunate to care for patients of all ages. Being able to watch my patients grow over the entirety of their life span is very fulfilling. \n When I am not working, I am likely spending time with my family. I love learning new things alongside them, or spending time out on the lake together. I also adore animals! I have two dogs and a few farm animals, and caring for them always makes me happy.
